Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Customized or personalized orders.

Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item back using a trackable service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective).
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
